Today was my first day back at CrossFit Conversion in several weeks. I still don’t know exactly what bothers me and what doesn’t so I have to test a lot of things out.
I warmed up with the group and then ran 1 mile while the rest of the class did snatch work.
The workout was:
5 rounds
30 double unders
15 wall balls (14)
7 thrusters (65 from the rack)
With 90 seconds rest between rounds
My time was 12:46 (I think! Writing this a day late and I don’t exactly remember.)
Anyways, rib and back feel very tight. I can pop things by breathing so definitely still a work in progress.

1,175m warm-up (5 minutes)
4x750m with 2:30 rest

2:47.7
Average stroke rate was 26 over the total course of 11:26.2 minutes of work. The last interval was HARD. I AM WAY OUT OF ROWING SHAPE! But, I know I can get it back with consistent training.
