I forgot my rope!!!

Tragedy of all tragedies. I forgot my jump rope for class. As I was leaving I kept looking in my bag thinking I was missing something. The moment I opened the door in the gym I realized it and let a string of curse words fly. Of course there were 6 kids running around that probably will go home saying them tonight. Ooops. Jen let me borrow hers (YAY!) which was nice because it’s a thin wire rope like I use, and long – although even longer than mine! It took just a few reps to get used to, so in the end all was OK.

First, 15 minutes to do 1RM C&J.

Dumb. I need to work from the high hang still. So I did triples. My note on this is my legs are TIRED. They got worked during the jerk for sure!

9 Bar Muscle-Ups 18 Muscle-Up transitions

The muscle-up transitions were super hard. It is a lot of work getting up out of the dip and I start go get nervous as I get fatigued that I will do something dumb and hurt a shoulder like I always did in Savannah. So I took breaks when needed and didn’t stress about it too much. I got plenty of work in on the thrusters. The first set I broke into 30/20, then 15/10 and then did all 10 @ 95# unbroken. My total time today was 19:44.
